As poety sometimes is ungrammatical for stylistic devices, I think there's in this case not too much to worry about. I would like to know which "forces" are referred to in the acrostic. The first thing that came up in my mind were the qualities mentioned in chapter 8 (intelligence, integrity, wisdom, the capacity to see beyond...) Is that what is meant? I think this kind of poetry is very helpful to think about special attributes of the community. Although in "Community" you gave more feelings about Jonas than information about the community itself, which is a pity since I consider this an interesting aspect as well.
